Austin and his brother Isaac went to Amelia Island, FL., to fish with Captain Jeff Crumpton and Amelia Island Fishing Charters.
From there off to Jacksonville, FL., to go to the Zoo and Catty Shack with a personal tiger feeding experience!!!
We know what you're thinking.....NO...Austin was NOT the dinner!!!
Austin's Mom recalls: 8/19 - Dream trip day!! So far, today has been awesome!! The kids all caught some fish, they had a blast working them into the boat. Those fish put up a good fight but the kids and captain Jeff were stronger! After a morning of fishing, we headed over to "T-Rays" for a yummy lunch of burgers and fish. We are back in the condo resting now and will go find something else to do later today. Josh will be here later this evening, he started his first day of college today so he couldn't miss. We are glad he can come later though so he doesn't have to miss all of the fun! Looking forward to making more memories the rest of our trip. We will never forget this!!
Captain Jeff states "Great day on the water catching a couple of redfish shark and lady fish with Austin and Issac."
Mom "Beach, pool, and dinner at The Salty Pelican.... this evening has been amazing!! I am not going to be able to get anyone in the car to go home in a few days, we are all having too much fun!!
8/20 - Redfish and sharks were the catch today....such an awesome few days on the water. Huge thank you to captain Jeff for the adventure!! We look forward to seeing you again soon!!
Off to see Forts, museums, houses, and lighthouses....we are finding the coolest places!
8/21 - Last full day of Austin and Isaac's dream adventure was amazing!!!
Today's journey included a trip to Fort Clinch, then lunch at whataburger (mommy's favorite place from Texas, man have I missed it!) before heading over to the Jacksonville zoo and ending the evening at the Catty Shack Ranch. We got to see big cats up really close and got to watch them be fed their dinner. They were really loud and super cool!!
We have had such an awesome time on our trip, I am pretty sure we did it all!
Huge thank you to Brave Young Hearts, especially Papa and Mama Bear, for giving us all memories that we will never forget!!
