Sea Quest; Wilsd Animal Sanctuary
14 year old Mighty Matthew, for truth, justice and the American way,fights the villains Mitochondrial Complez I & III, and Gastrointestinal Dystmotility!
Matthew and his family flew all the way from Plattsburgh, NY to Denver, CO...the longest our Superhero has used his mighty cape!!!
Mighty Matthew and his family went to both Sea Quest and the Wild Animal Sanctuary.
Matthew wrote of his Adventure...
“My Colorado adventure was amazing from start to finish. We saw and did so many things while we were there.
We visited Denver and took pictures at the capitol building and saw the Broncos and Rockies Stadiums.
We drove to Colorado Children’s Hospital where I visited with my former GI doctor. It’s been three years since I last saw him.
We had a behind the scenes tour at Sea Quest Aquarium where I was allowed to pet stingrays, wallabies, a giant water monitor and touch an octopus.
We drove to Keensburg and visited the Wild Animal Sanctuary. Despite some chilly weather, we still completed the three mile walk in the wild. The animals living there were all rescued from horrible places and looked so happy and free now. I am so glad they are getting a second chance and never gave up.
Leaving was my only sad part.
I would have loved to stay and visit with you a little more but I am glad we met.
