Sasha, a 12 year old little Wonder Woman battles with Primary Immune Deficiency/Mitochondrial Disease, went on a 7 night Western Caribbean Cruise. Stops in Belize, Playa del Carmen, Key West had plenty of on and off vessel activities!!!
